Cashmere Production Process

• Raw Material Selection: The raw materials of Mongolian brown cashmere fiber mainly come from the Inner Mongolia plateau region. During each cashmere harvesting season, Jingshang strictly selects the raw cashmere based on fineness, length, color, and impurity content to ensure the fiber maintains softness, lightness, and stable quality, providing a reliable foundation for subsequent production.
• Carding and Impurity Removal: After entering the factory, the raw cashmere undergoes professional carding and impurity removal processes to remove coarse hair, impurities, and short fibers, retaining only the finer and softer cashmere fibers. • Dyeing Process: For products requiring color customization, Jingshang adopts gentle and stable dyeing processes to ensure color consistency while preserving the original softness and natural fiber properties of the cashmere as much as possible.
